Kabayo Muhau is an experienced Businessman with over 15 years of working in Renewable (Solar), ICT, e-Mobility and Automotive with an interest in IoT & AI. He was nominated  for  the Marketing Personality of the Year Award – Marketing Excellence Awards of 2017 by the Zambia institute Institute of Marketing (ZIM) .

Kabayo is a dynamic, innovative, self-motivated, results oriented individual and a change management believer. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management and currently pursing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialism in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. He also obtained training in Financing Decentralized Renewables Energy Applications for SMEs from Renewables Academy (RENAC) in partnership with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP

Kabayo is the Co-Founder of Zambian Electric Mobility Innovation Alliance (ZEMIA) whose objective is to support the adoption, development and growth of the entire electric mobility (EV) ecosystem in Zambia. He is also the Founder & Managing Director of Donmac Limited, an ICT, Renewable Energy (Solar) and e-Mobility company, a member of Solar Industry Association of Zambia (SIAZ), Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) and National Council for Construction (NCC).
